Intelligent Monitoring System
Outpatients in Outpatients during their Mobility Rehabilitation
in the Internet Cloud

EYEXIA has been an active participant in the ISOMETRIC Programme since 2017:
Intelligent Monitoring System for Outpatients during Outpatient
Kinetic Rehabilitation in the Online Cloud.
The aim of the project is to create a platform for the
monitoring of the motor rehabilitation of patients with combined
use of gait analysis systems and wearable devices. The idea
based on training and extraction of personalized knowledge from
intelligent information system during his stay
patient to the rehabilitation centre.
This knowledge will be used by the system that the patient will bring to the site
in order to be able to self-manage the programme
its rehabilitation and monitoring of its improvement.
It mainly concerns the cases of people with wounds from chronic conditions,
who are initially accommodated in rehabilitation centres and then
have been following a special programme for a long time
recovery in their place of residence. (https://isometric.gr/)

technologies, current recording and monitoring methodology,
but also the requirements of the wearable system & platform.
He proposed ideas and solutions to issues that were of concern to his Team
Project and was breathing its subject matter. In addition, she collaborated with the
parents-guardians of the participants, informed them about the project,
its innovation and utility, secured the agreement of the
