Wellness and EVEXIA Plus  ensure  the legitimate and lawful collection and processing of personal data. Personal data is information that directly or indirectly identifies the Data Subject, in particular by reference to an identifier such as name, e-mail address, etc. The personal data collected above are the ones strictly necessary for the implementation of the action requested by the Subject.

The Subject ensures that the personal data provided is correct and accurate and undertakes to notify Euxia of the following. and the EVEXIA Plus  any change or modification to them. Any loss or damage caused to the Group or any third party through the communication of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information on the contact form is the sole responsibility of the Subject.

 In accordance with the specific provisions of Article 8 par. 1(a) of the Regulation in conjunction with Article 21 of the Law, minors under the age of fifteen (15) years are prohibited from disclosing their personal data to us through the Website without the prior consent of their guardian. Evexia, the EVEXIA Plus  and/or the processors, acting at the request and on behalf of of the abovementioned KAUs  collect, process and use personal data of the Subject, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and this Privacy Notice. The recipient of the personal data is the Wellness itself and the EVEXIA Plus as well as the processors on behalf of Euxia and EVEXIA Plus .

Evexia and EVEXIA Plus, as joint controllers of personal data, guarantee that they will not the transmission, communication, disclosure, disposal, etc. of the Subject's personal data to third parties for any purpose or use. However, maintain  the right to notify information relating to the Data Subject, if the law imposes a corresponding obligation to do so or if such disclosure is required by a court decision, a public prosecutor's order or order or a decision of another person or administrative body with statutory competence to compel disclosure of such information.

  • Processors processing on behalf of the Group

Quality Policy

KA-A EVEXIA S.A., responding to the modernization of services in the health sector, which is imposed by national and international standards, European standards and current legislation, meets the requirements of the standard ELOT EN ISO 15224:2017 & ISO 9001:2015  in all of its services. The EVEXIA Plus CAA also follows a common policy.

The Quality Management System of both Centres  covers providing full rehabilitation to patients who have chronic health problems and disorders (Walking, Balance, Cognitive, Sensory, Sensory, Speech) and designed according to the needs and aspirations of the of Centres, as well as in accordance with Legal and Regulatory requirements.

Satisfying and ensuring the trust and requirements of patients, their relatives and insurance providers by meeting defined quality standards, conscientiousness and consistency are key principles of each centre . The overall objective is to provide high quality services, taking into account the achievements of the evolution in the field of medicine.

More specifically both KAA EVEXIA and KAA EVEXIA Plus pursued:

  • The implementation of a quality management system (QMS), with the provision of all necessary resources and means for its operation, as a basic tool for quality management.
  • The corresponding attitude and involvement of Human Resources, precisely defining their competences and responsibilities.
  • Setting objective quality targets and monitoring the extent to which they have been achieved, using data analysis; and  information that will arise. 
  • The excellent climate of cooperation with patients, attendants, visitors, partners, suppliers.
  • The extension of the high quality standards to the facilities, which are designed to provide excellent conditions of hospitalization and accommodation for patients and the public, during their stay  in the respective Centre.
  • To make every effort to ensure that the products and services provided by the centre meet customer requirements and specifications, within the limits of its capabilities and proper operation.
  • The implementation of the clinical risk management process, including risk management.
  • Respect for the specificities of patients and their personal data.
  • Adherence to ethical values, morals and ethics and quality characteristics and requirements in health care services and safety to all domestic and international patients and other clients and stakeholders.
  • The continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and its operation of the Centres with the effective use of the following tools:
  • Definition and review of quality objectives
  • Management Review
  • Internal Inspections
  • Corrective and Preventive Actions
  • Systematic analysis of data resulting from the Quality Records

In order to achieve the above objectives, all the necessary references have been made in the documentation of the Quality Management System. Through systematic planning, process control and continuous improvement of all activities, the following principles are fulfilled of the Centres.

The Management is committed to providing the infrastructure and equipment deemed necessary for the implementation of its work. Each employee is responsible for the quality of his/her own work and it is imperative that he/she contributes to the management of quality, product safety and the achievement of the set objectives. For this reason, all employees, according to their responsibilities, are informed about the Quality Management System and act demonstrably in accordance with the established rules.

Processes, flows and actions that do not guarantee the fulfilment of the objectives set are immediately interrupted by those responsible, root cause analyses are carried out and the required improvement measures are defined. The policy shall be reviewed annually.

Food Safety Policy

The KA-A WELLNESS S.A. responding to the requirements of modern business reality and aiming to provide high quality catering services, to improve its organizational structure and to improve the  structure and internal communication and the safety of the meals provided to patients, it has installed a Product Safety System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ELOT EN ISO 22000, which it has adapted to the new version of ISO 22000:2018.

The Centre's Food Safety Management System (FSMS) covers the preparation and distribution of ready meals within the Centre Rehabilitation and to the EVEXIA Plus Rehabilitation Centre and designed in accordance with the needs and objectives of the Centre, in accordance with the legal and regulatory requirements of the current Greek and Community legislation.

Satisfying and ensuring customer confidence through the fulfilment of defined quality standards and consistency in the provision of catering services are key principles of the Centre. The overall aim is to provide patients with safe food and consistent quality of service at every level. More specifically, the centre seeks to:

  • the continuous upgrading of the potential of the departments involved in catering, through training programmes and the recruitment of qualified new employees.
  • the continuous improvement of the FMS (ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System) and the operation of the Centre using the following tools:
  • Definition and review of product quality and safety objectives
  • Management Review
  • Internal Inspections
  • Corrective and Preventive Actions
  • Systematic analysis of data resulting from the Quality Records.
  • The measurable objectives of the Centre to meet the above food safety policy are:
  • Product returns or complaints from customers about the quality and safety of meals provided not to exceed 5% each year in total patients.
  • All laboratory analysis results for our products to be within the limits set by the European and Greek legislation.
  • Non-compliant products received from suppliers less than 5% of total receipts.

In addition, the philosophy and values of the Centre include avoiding pollution of the environment, prudent use of natural resources and the application of health and safety rules.

In order to achieve the above objectives, all necessary references have been made in the Food Safety Management System documentation. Through systematic planning, process control and continuous improvement of all activities, the principles of the Centre are fulfilled.

POLICY TO ADDRESS  ALL FORMS OF VIOLENCE AND HARASSMENT (LAW 4808/2021)

The C.A.A. EVEXIA and the KAA EVEXIA Plus  keep  all measures and obligations relating to the implementation of the provisions of Part II of Law No. 4808/2021 on the prevention and treatment of all forms of violence and harassment, including gender-based violence and harassment and sexual harassment.

  • The purpose of this policy is to create and consolidate a working environment that respects, promotes and safeguards human dignity and the right of every person to a world of work free from violence and harassment. The C.A.A. EYEXIA and the KAA EVEXIA Plus  declare that they recognise  and respect the right of every worker to a working environment free from violence and harassment; and that they do not tolerate any such conduct, in any form, by any person.
  • This policy is adopted in accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of Law 4808/2021 and the regulatory legislation implementing them and covers the persons referred to in par. 1 of Article 3 of Law 4808/2021.

Α. Preventing and combating violence  and harassment at work.

(a) an assessment of the risks of violence and harassment at work, taking into account, inter alia, any inherent risk arising from the nature of the activity, the location of the work, factors such as gender and age or other discriminatory characteristics, as well as risks relating to specific groups of workers (such as night workers, new recruits)

(b) measures to prevent, control, mitigate and respond to such risks and to monitor such incidents or patterns of behaviour, such as : 

- Encourage the maintenance of a working climate where respect for human dignity, cooperation and mutual assistance are core values.

- Open communication with the employer and immediate supervisors and colleagues.

- Report/complaint handling procedure.

- Ensuring that workers have the necessary training/information to carry out their duties, particularly in jobs that are at higher risk of violence and harassment incidents.

- Technical measures, such as the installation of emergency alarms, improved lighting, etc.

- Actions to raise awareness among employees of healthy patterns of behaviour (e.g. avoiding addictions), but also on issues concerning vulnerable categories of employees.

- Guidance and support for victims of violence and harassment or victims of domestic violence to reintegrate them into the workplace.

- Training of employees in the procedures for handling incidents of violence.

- Evaluate on a regular basis the effectiveness of the preventive and response measures in place and review/update the risk assessment and measures.

(c) information and awareness-raising activities for staff.

KAA EVEXIA and KAA EVEXIA Plus declare  zero tolerance their  violence and harassment; and identify  the categories of awareness-raising actions  staff to these phenomena.

KAA EVEXIA and KAA EVEXIA Plus are committed to  provide  information to staff and information in accessible formats, as appropriate, for those  risks of violence and harassment, as well as the related prevention and protection measures, the procedures in place at company level and the possibilities provided by law in the event of such incidents.

(d) information on the rights and obligations of employees and the employer, as well as of persons exercising managerial authority or representing the employer, to the extent and to the extent of their responsibility, in the event of the occurrence or reporting or reporting of such incidents, and on the procedure to be followed in this respect.

In the event that a person is affected by an incident of violence and harassment during access to employment, during the employment relationship or even if the conduct has ended, he/she has: a) the right to judicial protection, b) to file a complaint and a request for an industrial dispute with the Labour Inspectorate, within the scope of its statutory powers, c) to report to the Ombudsman, within the scope of his/her statutory powers, and d) to file a complaint within the company in accordance with the policy for the management of complaints

ε) Designation of a contact person ("liaison") to guide and inform employees on how to prevent and deal with violence  and harassment  at work.

Designated as a reference person  the  Psychologist of the respective  KAA.

The reporting person must respect the protection of Personal Data that may come to his/her knowledge in the performance of his/her role.

(f) employment protection and support for workers  victims of domestic violence, to the extent possible, by any appropriate means or reasonable accommodation.

Β. Procedure for receiving and examining complaints

α)  channels of communication - competent persons

The designated reporting person examines and manages the complaints and informs the affected person of the possibility, at any stage of the procedure followed within the company, to submit a complaint also to the competent administrative authorities within their competence (Labour Inspectorate and Ombudsman) and to the judicial authorities, at his/her choice.

(b) investigating and examining complaints impartially and protecting confidentiality;  and personal data  of victims and complainants.

KAA EVEXIA and KAA EVEXIA Plus are committed to  receive  and not to block the receipt , investigate  and to managed byany such complaint, to immediately report it to theresearch and examine the allegations with impartiality and respect for human dignity, and and receive  immediate measures to protect the affected person.

The protection of Personal Data, which are collected in the exercise of the above tasks, is a commitment.

(c) the prohibition of retaliation against the aggrieved person

KAA EVEXIA and KAA EVEXIA Plus, as jointly responsible for the processing of personal data, are committed to in any event, that keep the obligation to prohibit retaliation in accordance with Article 13  of Law 4808/2021 and the provisions of the labour legislation.

d) a description of the consequences of any infringements found, in accordance with paragraph 2  of article 12 of Law 4808/2021, when an employee or a person employed in another relationship violates the prohibition of violence and harassment of article 4 of the same Law, the employer is obliged to take the necessary appropriate and proportionate measures against the complainant, as the case may be, in order to prevent and avoid the repetition of similar incidents or behaviour.

These measures include a recommendation to comply, a change of position, working hours, place and manner of work or termination of the employment or cooperation relationship, without prejudice to the prohibition of abuse of rights in Article 281 CC.

(e) cooperating and providing any relevant information to the competent authorities, upon request.

KAA EVEXIA and KAA EVEXIA Plus cooperate  with any competent person or service for receiving and handling such complaints and cooperate at undertaking level, with any competent public, administrative or judicial authority which, either on its own initiative or at the request of an affected person, requests data or information within its competence, and is bound  provide subscription and access to the data.

To this end, any data they collect, in any form, are kept in a relevant file in accordance with the provisions of Law 4624/2019 (A' 137).

Wellness and EVEXIA Plus  ensure  the legitimate and lawful collection and processing of personal data. Personal data is information that directly or indirectly identifies the Data Subject, in particular by reference to an identifier such as name, e-mail address, etc. The personal data collected above are the ones strictly necessary for the implementation of the action requested by the Subject.

The Subject ensures that the personal data provided is correct and accurate and undertakes to notify Euxia of the following. and the EVEXIA Plus  any change or modification to them. Any loss or damage caused to the Group or any third party through the communication of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information on the contact form is the sole responsibility of the Subject.

 In accordance with the specific provisions of Article 8 par. 1(a) of the Regulation in conjunction with Article 21 of the Law, minors under the age of fifteen (15) years are prohibited from disclosing their personal data to us through the Website without the prior consent of their guardian. Evexia, the EVEXIA Plus  and/or the processors, acting at the request and on behalf of of the abovementioned KAUs  collect, process and use personal data of the Subject, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and this Privacy Notice. The recipient of the personal data is the Wellness itself and the EVEXIA Plus as well as the processors on behalf of Euxia and EVEXIA Plus .

Evexia and EVEXIA Plus, as joint controllers of personal data, guarantee that they will not the transmission, communication, disclosure, disposal, etc. of the Subject's personal data to third parties for any purpose or use. However, maintain  the right to notify information relating to the Data Subject, if the law imposes a corresponding obligation to do so or if such disclosure is required by a court decision, a public prosecutor's order or order or a decision of another person or administrative body with statutory competence to compel disclosure of such information.

  • Processors processing on behalf of the Group

Quality Policy

KA-A EVEXIA S.A., responding to the modernization of services in the health sector, which is imposed by national and international standards, European standards and current legislation, meets the requirements of the standard ELOT EN ISO 15224:2017 & ISO 9001:2015  in all of its services. The EVEXIA Plus CAA also follows a common policy.

The Quality Management System of both Centres  covers providing full rehabilitation to patients who have chronic health problems and disorders (Walking, Balance, Cognitive, Sensory, Sensory, Speech) and designed according to the needs and aspirations of the of Centres, as well as in accordance with Legal and Regulatory requirements.

Satisfying and ensuring the trust and requirements of patients, their relatives and insurance providers by meeting defined quality standards, conscientiousness and consistency are key principles of each centre . The overall objective is to provide high quality services, taking into account the achievements of the evolution in the field of medicine.

More specifically both KAA EVEXIA and KAA EVEXIA Plus pursued:

  • The implementation of a quality management system (QMS), with the provision of all necessary resources and means for its operation, as a basic tool for quality management.
  • The corresponding attitude and involvement of Human Resources, precisely defining their competences and responsibilities.
  • Setting objective quality targets and monitoring the extent to which they have been achieved, using data analysis; and  information that will arise. 
  • The excellent climate of cooperation with patients, attendants, visitors, partners, suppliers.
  • The extension of the high quality standards to the facilities, which are designed to provide excellent conditions of hospitalization and accommodation for patients and the public, during their stay  in the respective Centre.
  • To make every effort to ensure that the products and services provided by the centre meet customer requirements and specifications, within the limits of its capabilities and proper operation.
  • The implementation of the clinical risk management process, including risk management.
  • Respect for the specificities of patients and their personal data.
  • Adherence to ethical values, morals and ethics and quality characteristics and requirements in health care services and safety to all domestic and international patients and other clients and stakeholders.
  • The continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and its operation of the Centres with the effective use of the following tools:

In order to achieve the above objectives, all the necessary references have been made in the documentation of the Quality Management System. Through systematic planning, process control and continuous improvement of all activities, the following principles are fulfilled of the Centres.

The Management is committed to providing the infrastructure and equipment deemed necessary for the implementation of its work. Each employee is responsible for the quality of his/her own work and it is imperative that he/she contributes to the management of quality, product safety and the achievement of the set objectives. For this reason, all employees, according to their responsibilities, are informed about the Quality Management System and act demonstrably in accordance with the established rules.

Processes, flows and actions that do not guarantee the fulfilment of the objectives set are immediately interrupted by those responsible, root cause analyses are carried out and the required improvement measures are defined. The policy shall be reviewed annually.

Food Safety Policy

The KA-A WELLNESS S.A. responding to the requirements of modern business reality and aiming to provide high quality catering services, to improve its organizational structure and to improve the  structure and internal communication and the safety of the meals provided to patients, it has installed a Product Safety System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ELOT EN ISO 22000, which it has adapted to the new version of ISO 22000:2018.

The Centre's Food Safety Management System (FSMS) covers the preparation and distribution of ready meals within the Centre Rehabilitation and to the EVEXIA Plus Rehabilitation Centre and designed in accordance with the needs and objectives of the Centre, in accordance with the legal and regulatory requirements of the current Greek and Community legislation.

Satisfying and ensuring customer confidence through the fulfilment of defined quality standards and consistency in the provision of catering services are key principles of the Centre. The overall aim is to provide patients with safe food and consistent quality of service at every level. More specifically, the centre seeks to:

  • the continuous upgrading of the potential of the departments involved in catering, through training programmes and the recruitment of qualified new employees.
  • the continuous improvement of the FMS (ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System) and the operation of the Centre using the following tools:
  • Definition and review of product quality and safety objectives
  • Management Review
  • Internal Inspections
  • Corrective and Preventive Actions
  • Systematic analysis of data resulting from the Quality Records.
  • The measurable objectives of the Centre to meet the above food safety policy are:
  • Product returns or complaints from customers about the quality and safety of meals provided not to exceed 5% each year in total patients.
  • All laboratory analysis results for our products to be within the limits set by the European and Greek legislation.
  • Non-compliant products received from suppliers less than 5% of total receipts.

In addition, the philosophy and values of the Centre include avoiding pollution of the environment, prudent use of natural resources and the application of health and safety rules.

In order to achieve the above objectives, all necessary references have been made in the Food Safety Management System documentation. Through systematic planning, process control and continuous improvement of all activities, the principles of the Centre are fulfilled.

POLICY TO ADDRESS  ALL FORMS OF VIOLENCE AND HARASSMENT (LAW 4808/2021)

The C.A.A. EVEXIA and the KAA EVEXIA Plus  keep  all measures and obligations relating to the implementation of the provisions of Part II of Law No. 4808/2021 on the prevention and treatment of all forms of violence and harassment, including gender-based violence and harassment and sexual harassment.

  • The purpose of this policy is to create and consolidate a working environment that respects, promotes and safeguards human dignity and the right of every person to a world of work free from violence and harassment. The C.A.A. EYEXIA and the KAA EVEXIA Plus  declare that they recognise  and respect the right of every worker to a working environment free from violence and harassment; and that they do not tolerate any such conduct, in any form, by any person.
  • This policy is adopted in accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of Law 4808/2021 and the regulatory legislation implementing them and covers the persons referred to in par. 1 of Article 3 of Law 4808/2021.

Α. Preventing and combating violence  and harassment at work.

(a) an assessment of the risks of violence and harassment at work, taking into account, inter alia, any inherent risk arising from the nature of the activity, the location of the work, factors such as gender and age or other discriminatory characteristics, as well as risks relating to specific groups of workers (such as night workers, new recruits)

(b) measures to prevent, control, mitigate and respond to such risks and to monitor such incidents or patterns of behaviour, such as : 

- Encourage the maintenance of a working climate where respect for human dignity, cooperation and mutual assistance are core values.

- Open communication with the employer and immediate supervisors and colleagues.

- Report/complaint handling procedure.

- Ensuring that workers have the necessary training/information to carry out their duties, particularly in jobs that are at higher risk of violence and harassment incidents.

- Technical measures, such as the installation of emergency alarms, improved lighting, etc.

- Actions to raise awareness among employees of healthy patterns of behaviour (e.g. avoiding addictions), but also on issues concerning vulnerable categories of employees.

- Guidance and support for victims of violence and harassment or victims of domestic violence to reintegrate them into the workplace.

- Training of employees in the procedures for handling incidents of violence.

- Evaluate on a regular basis the effectiveness of the preventive and response measures in place and review/update the risk assessment and measures.

(c) information and awareness-raising activities for staff.

KAA EVEXIA and KAA EVEXIA Plus declare  zero tolerance their  violence and harassment; and identify  the categories of awareness-raising actions  staff to these phenomena.

KAA EVEXIA and KAA EVEXIA Plus are committed to  provide  information to staff and information in accessible formats, as appropriate, for those  risks of violence and harassment, as well as the related prevention and protection measures, the procedures in place at company level and the possibilities provided by law in the event of such incidents.

(d) information on the rights and obligations of employees and the employer, as well as of persons exercising managerial authority or representing the employer, to the extent and to the extent of their responsibility, in the event of the occurrence or reporting or reporting of such incidents, and on the procedure to be followed in this respect.

In the event that a person is affected by an incident of violence and harassment during access to employment, during the employment relationship or even if the conduct has ended, he/she has: a) the right to judicial protection, b) to file a complaint and a request for an industrial dispute with the Labour Inspectorate, within the scope of its statutory powers, c) to report to the Ombudsman, within the scope of his/her statutory powers, and d) to file a complaint within the company in accordance with the policy for the management of complaints

ε) Designation of a contact person ("liaison") to guide and inform employees on how to prevent and deal with violence  and harassment  at work.

Designated as a reference person  the  Psychologist of the respective  KAA.

The reporting person must respect the protection of Personal Data that may come to his/her knowledge in the performance of his/her role.

(f) employment protection and support for workers  victims of domestic violence, to the extent possible, by any appropriate means or reasonable accommodation.

Β. Procedure for receiving and examining complaints

α)  channels of communication - competent persons

The designated reporting person examines and manages the complaints and informs the affected person of the possibility, at any stage of the procedure followed within the company, to submit a complaint also to the competent administrative authorities within their competence (Labour Inspectorate and Ombudsman) and to the judicial authorities, at his/her choice.

(b) investigating and examining complaints impartially and protecting confidentiality;  and personal data  of victims and complainants.

KAA EVEXIA and KAA EVEXIA Plus are committed to  receive  and not to block the receipt , investigate  and to managed byany such complaint, to immediately report it to theresearch and examine the allegations with impartiality and respect for human dignity, and and receive  immediate measures to protect the affected person.

The protection of Personal Data, which are collected in the exercise of the above tasks, is a commitment.

(c) the prohibition of retaliation against the aggrieved person

KAA EVEXIA and KAA EVEXIA Plus, as jointly responsible for the processing of personal data, are committed to in any event, that keep the obligation to prohibit retaliation in accordance with Article 13  of Law 4808/2021 and the provisions of the labour legislation.

d) a description of the consequences of any infringements found, in accordance with paragraph 2  of article 12 of Law 4808/2021, when an employee or a person employed in another relationship violates the prohibition of violence and harassment of article 4 of the same Law, the employer is obliged to take the necessary appropriate and proportionate measures against the complainant, as the case may be, in order to prevent and avoid the repetition of similar incidents or behaviour.

These measures include a recommendation to comply, a change of position, working hours, place and manner of work or termination of the employment or cooperation relationship, without prejudice to the prohibition of abuse of rights in Article 281 CC.

(e) cooperating and providing any relevant information to the competent authorities, upon request.

KAA EVEXIA and KAA EVEXIA Plus cooperate  with any competent person or service for receiving and handling such complaints and cooperate at undertaking level, with any competent public, administrative or judicial authority which, either on its own initiative or at the request of an affected person, requests data or information within its competence, and is bound  provide subscription and access to the data.

To this end, any data they collect, in any form, are kept in a relevant file in accordance with the provisions of Law 4624/2019 (A' 137).
